An individualized approach is our priority… utilizing a thorough assessment of your body’s movement and functional performance. From there we structure a customized program executed by a qualified team in a dynamic small semi private training environment. This produces amazing results for a wide variety of people. Safety, energetic, and specificity is important for your program needs to be effective.
You also get access to one of our well known and established injury rehab specialists and chiropractic care to help you with positive performance increments or from injury recovery.
We are trained in many of the latest assessment, corrective exercise, and strength and conditioning philosophies, including:
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists through the NSCA
- Performance Enhancement Specialists through the NASM
- Corrective Exercise Specialists through the NASM
- Youth Fitness Specialist through the IYCA
- Functional Movement Screen (FMS)

Personal Training Details
Clients start with a 1-on-1 strategy session and an individualized assessment. This allows us to create the perfect customized program based on your goals, needs, and current ability.
Our personal training programs are based on our prominent athletic performance programs, but customized for any age or ability level. We combine mobility, agility, strength, power, and endurance into one complete program. We also offer specialized options for general fitness, weight-loss, athletic performance, strength training, and more depending on your specific goals.
Scheduling your sessions is all around your convenience. There are several options available throughout the day. Each time you come in, our coaches will help you through your unique program in a semi-private environment. There will be a few other clients performing their own program too, but it is important to us to keep the group manageable. Our environment fun and dynamic, while still allowing us to offer you plenty of individualized attention. We’ll advance your program for you about every 4 weeks depending on how well you are doing.
Personal Training Membership Options
The prices of personal training memberships vary depending on how many sessions you would like to attend per week. While we recommend 2-3 sessions per week, we do have 1x per week options for those that are incredibly busy and can not attend more sessions.
If you sign up for 8 sessions or more per month, you also get access to our group training camp. Need more than 12 sessions per month? No problem, we’ll customize a program for you!
Skill Set / Technique Course For Novice, Intermediate and Advanced Lifters
We are offering courses for lifting technique, recovery sessions that allow you to get the most of your session, the most out of your body and stay healthy. As time has gone by things have changed in what and how things should happen in the weight room. Finding a better way is the simplest way to put it. Just getting things done is not good enough. Do good things with your body and your body will be good to you.
Training Camp Membership Details
Group training camp is built around the same principles as our personal training and athletic performance programs. We don’t just throw you in a camp…we make necessary adjustments for your current needs and training experience. The crew you workout with is very supportive and we have definite leaders in the pack to help you a long the way.
Clients start with a 1-on-1 strategy session and an individualized assessment. This allows us to customize the group training environment program based on your goals, needs, and current ability. The program progresses up each week and changes often, so you can see and feel your progress.
Training Camp Times
We currently started group training camp already with limited spots available. Our current schedule is below, you may attend any of the times with your membership and mix and match at any time:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday – 5:00AM, 6:00AM, 8:00AM, 9:00AM
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 4:00PM, 5:00PM, 6:00PM
- Saturday – 8:00AM, 10:00 AM
