Remote Coaching Program

The single-most challenging program you’ll ever have to write is the one for yourself – so why not get some help with your own programming?

Compared to what you’ll see and experience with most online consultants, I am unique in my approach to online consulting. I’m not going to hand out cookie-cutter programs; I hold myself to a higher standard, limiting the number of clients I take on. Cookie-cutter programs might work, but do they work optimally? And, more importantly, do they work for everyone? Or, do they help the lucky majority and throw the rest under the bus?

I’m a firm believer that my ultimate goal as a coach is to prepare you for the day that you’re on your own. To that end, I have videos, photos, and/descriptions for every exercise I recommend.

You’ll get one month of programming, “tech support,” and monitored progress reports. Here’s how to get started:

1. Contact me at niksprofitness@gmail.com to express interest.

2. We’ll get the ball rolling with a comprehensive questionnaire addressing everything from your training history, to your injury history, to your goals, to your time to commit to training. We’ll also assess postural photos and any videos that you can provide of you performing exercises. Make no mistake about it; this is an extremely thorough assessment.

3. I’ll provide you with one month of programming addressing warm-up, dynamic flexibility/mobility, soft tissue work, strength, power, muscle mass gains, agility, proprioception, prehabilitation, rehabilitation, and recovery modalities. Very simply, you bring the effort, and I’ll take care of the rest – no matter how many questions you need answered.

Essentially, you get a consultant and a coach; I wouldn’t do it any other way.
